Sugar,
what can I say, you were the love of my life! After all these years,
we still talk about you, how you'd play so cute on the wooden clothes
racks when you were a kitten, how ornery you were (in your own special
way), how you'd carry your toy mouse around at night and talk to it.
You were also the sweetest cat, always there to greet me when I came
home from work, and cuddling with me at night.
Don't know that I can say time heals, Sugar,
it just passes by, bringing me closer to the time I'm with you and all
my other babies I miss so much. What a reunion we'll all have one day
across the Rainbow Bridge!
